Rodney Orlando Jones

Mr. Rodney Orlando Jones, age 50, passed, Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at UNC Medical Center, Chapel Hill, NC.  He was born in Rowan County on, November 19, 1973 to Ms. Alice Jones and the late Mr. William Thompson.  He was a high school graduate and previously worked in manufacturing at CSP.  He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Those who will forever cherish fond memories of him are his devoted and loving wife, Yolanda Jones of the home, his mother, Alice Jones, (Salisbury), his daughter; Talatha Jones, (Salisbury), brother; Courtney Jones (Lexington) and sisters, Stephanie Jones (Rockwell) and Pamela Hoyle (Salisbury); a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and dear friends.

A public viewing will be held on, Saturday, December 16, 2023 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at Hairston Funeral Home, Inc., 703 South Main St., Salisbury, NC.

Masks are required for the viewing.
