Mr. Anthony Jordan, age 55, passed on, Saturday, January 20, 2018 at his residence.  Born in Salisbury, he was the son of Mary Wilson Jordan and the late Henry Louis Jordan, Sr.  He was a graduate of Salisbury High School and retired from the VA Medical Center in the maintenance department.  He was a member of Thomas St. Church of Christ, Salisbury.

Those who will forever cherish his memory are this wife, Carol Everette Jordan of the home, brothers; Henry Louis Jordan, Sr., and William L. Jordan, both of Salisbury; sisters; Yolanda Darnell Jordan, Salisbury and Sandra Jordan Taylor (Jacob), Richmond, Va., uncle; Jack Phifer, Oklahoma, aunts; Virginia Simmons, Irene Jordan and Nancy Bailey all of Philadelphia, Pa., nephews, Romeo Blount, Statesville, D'Shawn Jordan, Charlotte, and "special nephew", Matthew Everette, Kentucky,; a host of other extended relatives, and friends.

Funeral will be held on, Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at Thomas St. Church of Christ, 700 W. Thomas St., Salisbury, NC. Brother William Latten, pastor.  Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.   The family will receive relatives and friends at the home.
