James Allen Robinson

Mr. James A. Robinson, age 84 of Salisbury, passed, Saturday, April 21, 2018 at Magnolia Gardens Salisbury, where he resided for over 15 years.  Mr. Robinson was born in Greenville, South Carolina on June 27, 1933 to the late Henry Robinson and Margret Harris.  He was a graduate of Sterling High School, in Greenville, South Carolina and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army.  During the years he resided in Greenville, South Carolina, (prior to residing in Salisbury), he was a member of Mt. Emmanuel Baptist Church, Greenville, South Carolina.

Those left to cherish his memories are his son, James Allen, Jr., Philadelphia, Pa., a daughter, Shannon Robinson, Philadelphia, Pa., special first cousin, Mrs. Margaret Collier, Somerset, New Jersey, other cousins, Kelly Walker, Rodney Walker, Melba Abram and Marva Collier, one grandchild, and a host other relatives and friends.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:00 p.m., on, Monday, April 30, 2018 at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, 1655 Piedmont Hwy, Piedmont, South Carolina,  29673.  Hairston Funeral Home is serving the Robinson family.

A public viewing will be held at Hairston Funeral Home, Inc., on, Saturday, April 28, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.
