Mr. Albert Mayberry, age 79, of 401 North Main Street, Apt. 50, Mocksville, NC entered into eternal life on Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center.
Mr. Mayberry was born January 14, 1930 in Woodleaf, NC to the late Reverend Howard Mayberry and the late Mary Lee McKinney-Mayberry.
He attended R. A. Clement High School. He was self employed.
A member of Fairfield Baptist Church, Mocksville, Mr. Mayberry was Church Musisican, member of the Sanctuary Choir and a Missionary. He ministered through song and in various areas and as he represented Fairfield Baptist Church. Recently, he celebrated his 13th Anniversary.
He is also preceded in deat his wife, Annie Mayberry.
Those who shall forever cherish his memory are a special friend and caregiver, Mary F. Williams, Mocksville, NC; son, Anthony Mayberry, NY, NY; daughter, Tawanna Mayberry, Cleveland, OH; Hubert Mayberry (Clara), Norwalk, CT; sister, Rosalee Terry (Edward), Norwalk, CT; one grandson, Clifford Mayberry, Cleveland, OH; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm and vistiaton 1:00 pm Saturday at Fairfield Baptist Church, Mocksville, NC with the Pastor, Reverend James Clement, officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will be at the home of a nephew, Gary Hall of 587 Mt. Hall Rd., Cleveland, NC.
