Mr. Anthony T. Bailey, age 59, of Salisbury, passed at his residence on, Thursday, October 24, 2019.  He was born on, May 7, 1960 in Rowan County to the late Edward Greenard and Willie Mae Bailey.  He attended the public schools of Rowan County and was last employed as a baker with Apple Ugly Company.

In addition to his parent's he was preceded in death by his wife, brothers, George Rankins, James Bailey, Sr., and Glenn Bailey, and his sister, Debra Harrison. 

Those who remain to cherish is memory are his brother, Robert Bailey of North Carolina. and sister, Mamie Walker of Maryland, a special niece, Tajuana Hooker, other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  A viewing and visitation was held on, Thursday, November 1, 2019 at Hairston Funeral Home, Inc, from 2-5.  The family will be held a private memorial service for Mr. Bailey as well.
