Mrs. Beatrice Miller, age 67 of Salisbury, passed, Sunday, February 21, 2016 at Carolina Medical Center Northeast, Concord, NC.  She was born March 17, 1948 in Salisbury, NC to the late Eddie Lee Miller, Sr.,and Idella Christine Miller. She was the last born daughter out of thirteen children.  Beatrice attended Dunbar High School and worked for Field Crest Cannon until it closed. She was loved by all who came in contact with her.  She was known to all as, "Mama Bea, Auntie, and Sis.  To know her was to love her.  She loved her family dearly.

Those who will cherish her memory are her four children; James E. Miller, Spencer, NC; William A. Miller and Michael A. Miller (Ronda), both of Kannapolis, NC, and daughter, April L. Miller Young, Brooklyn, NY; brothers, Connie Miller, Concord, NC; Clyde Cornelius, Salisbury, NC; sisters, Mary Kelly, Greenville, SC, Kathleene Miller, Mable Miller and Ann Miller all of Concord, NC; 17 grandchildren, 24 great-grand children, one god-daughter, Neisha Atkinson, NY, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral service will be held at Sills Creek A.M.E. Zion Church, Mooresville, NC on, Saturday, February 27, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation at 1:00 p.m.  Pastor, Rev. Morgan Glenn, Ofifciant and Eulogist.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
