Benjamin J Morrison

Mr. Benjamin J. Morrison, passed, Saturday, June 20, 2026 at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner Veterans Medical Center, Salisbury.  He was born in Richmond County on, June 12, 1945 to the late Ben Morrison and the late Adelia Lockhart Morrison.  He attended college and was a Vietnam Veteran in the United State Army.  He was a dedicated Seventh Day Adventist. He was last employed with the state of Massachusetts as a State Patrol Officer. 

He was preceded in death by a son, Benjamin J Morrison and daughter, Saundra Morrison. 

Those who remain to cherish fond memories are his "beloved fiance', Tracey Wicks, Winston-Salem, NC and son, Frank Morrison, Atlanta, Ga.

Mr. Morrison will be fondly remembered and celebrated during a graveside service to be held on, July 2, 2026, 1:30 p.m.at the VA National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd., with military honors.  Rev. Jerry Miller will share words of comfort.
