Mrs. Beverly Ann Sifford, age, 54, died, Monday, July 7, 2008 in Henrico Doctor's Hospital, Henrico County, Va. She was born, October 22, 1953, in Winston-Salem, NC to Mrs. Johnnie Sturdivant Correll and the late Mr. William Correll. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by sister Viola Correll and a son, Wesley Sifford.

Mrs. Sifford was a graduate of East Rowan High School and Salisbury Business College. She was last employed at the Department of Motor Vehicles as the Online Supervisor. She was a member of Church of God in Christ and was previously a Girl Scout Den Mother.

Those who will forever cherish her memory are her husband, Kenneth Sifford of the home; mother Mrs. Johnnie Sturdivant Correll, Greensboro, a son, Kenneth Lamont Sifford, Richmond, Va., daughters, Stephanie Sifford and Erin Sifford, also of the home; brother, John Correll (Delores), Atlanta, Ga.; sisters Millicent Correll Black (Jeff), Kernersville, and JoAnn Craig (Willis), Brooklyn, NY; aunt Willie Mae Rutherford, Winston-Salem; one grandson, Cameron Noel; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Service: The funeral will be held Saturday, July 12, at 2:00 p.m. at White Rock AME Zion Church in Granite Quarry with Rev. William Gullick, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation: The visitation will be at 1:00 p.m. at the church priot to the service.
