Mr. Bobby Jackson, age 69, of 138 Ridge Ave., Salisbury entered into eternal life on Friday, February 12, 2010 at his residence.

Mr. Jackson was born October 5, 1940 in Fayetteville, NC to the late James and Jennie Williams Jackson.

He was a gradaute of the Fayetteville City Schools. He retired from the Marine Air Base, Arlington, VA.

A member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, Arlington, VA, he was a member of the Choir and Usher Board and was a mason.

Those who shall cherish his memory are a son, Bobby Jackson (Dona), Sacramento, CA; daughter, Barbara Jackson, Salisbury, NC; sister, Geraldine Ruffin, Suitland, MD; aunt, Edna Williams (Romus), Arlington, VA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 1:00 pm and visitation at 12:00 pm at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church with Apostle Charlene Kellam, officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
