Mrs. Brenda Woods Feamster, age 65, of 122 Rimmer Circle, Salisbury, NC died Monday, June 18, 2007 at Wake Forest North Carolina Baptist Hospital, Winston- Salem, NC.

She was born April 9, 1942 in Rowan County to the late Charles Woods and Bessie Woods Brown.

She was a graduate of J. C. Price High School and Rowan Cabarrus Community College where she received her CNA Certification. She was a retired employee of the Lutheran Nursing Home.

She was a member of Fairview Heights Baptist Church. A previous member of Macedonia Baptist Church, she was a member of the Macedonia Messengers. Brenda was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Stars, Shining Stars and Biz Whiz Club.

Her husband Arthur Feamster preceded her in death.

Survivors are Arthur Feamster (Rhonda) and Rodney Feamster (Kim) both of Salisbury, NC; Debra D. Nwafor and Lisa M. Feamster Herndon both of Salisbury, NC and Bessie L. Feamster Chapman (Keith Lewis) of the home; brothers, Johnny Woods (Tecola), Salisbury, NC and James Woods (Dorothy), Woodleaf, NC; sister, Mary Elma Woods, Salisbury, NC; aunt and uncle, Mary and Tom Fleming, Spencer, NC; seventeen grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Friday at Fairview Heights Baptist Church with the pastor, Reverend Clarence Marlin, Officiating; visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm; burial will be at Macedonia Baptist Church.
