Ms. Dessie Delisa Fox, age 61 of Winston-Salem, NC, passed, Monday, February 20, 2023 at her residence. She was born in Rowan County to the late, Jesse Long and Jessie M. Jackson. She was a high school graduate and completed credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse. She previously worked in nursing at the VA Hospital.
She leaves fond memories to her son, Antonio Fox (Jeanie), Salisbury, NC; brothers, Freddie (Ivy) Jackson, Spencer, Johnny Fox, Salisbury, and Billy Fox (Karen), East Spencer, sisters; Tillie Jackson, Mary A. Fox and Tracy Fox, all of Salisbury, NC; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
