Mr. James Preston Miller, Jr., of 1015 Anerson Ave., Bronx, New York died on Friday, September 28, 2007 in Calvary Hospital, Bronx, New York. Mr. Miller was born on April 28, 1937 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to the late James Preston Miller, Sr., and Mamie Lyles Miller. He was predeceased by two sisters, Mame Lee Majors and Willie Mae Miller.

Educated in the Spartanburg County School System, he retired from New York Hospital after 40 years. He also served in the US Army.

Mr. Miller is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Danita Miller of Bronx, New York; and sisters, Georgia Littlejohn, Floree (Richard) Norwood, Julia M. Jeter and Audrey (Willie) Rodgers all of Buffalo, New York.

Gravesides services will be held on Friday, October 5, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the National Cemetery on Brenner Ave. Rev. Roderick Lewis is officiating.
