JoAnn Jones

Ms. JoAnn Jones, age 74 of Goldsboro, passed at Wayne Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was born in Rowan County on March 18, 1950 to the late Arthur Jones and Sarah Ferrens Jones Dulin.  JoAnn was a member of Henderson Grove Baptist Church and, was educated in the public schools of Salisbury.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a loving brother, Ferrens Thomas Jones and sister, Bessie Jones.

She will be forever cherished by her faithful brother, Arthur Ray Jones (Connie), Salisbury, NC; and faithful sister, Rev. Dr. Phyllis Jones, Fayetteville, NC as well as other caring extended family and friends.

JoAnn will be lovingly remembered on, Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at Henderson Grove Baptist Church,  888 Henderson Grove Church Road, Salisbury at 12 noon .  Viewing will be held 30 minutes prior to the service. Rev. Dr. Calvin Miller, presiding.  Deacon Arthur Jones, eulogist. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
