Mr. Kelvin Maurice Turner, age 37, of 213 Harrell Street, Salisbury with to be with the Lord on Monday, June 15, 2009.

Kelvin was born February 26, 1972 in Salisbury to Genevea Stinson Turner and the late Joseph A. Turner, Sr.

He was a graduate of North Rowan High School. He was employed at Packaging Corporation of America.

He was a member of New Faith Full Gospel Church, Lexington, NC.

Those who shall forever cherish his memory are his wife, Tracey Litaker Turner of the home; son, Desmond Turner, East Spencer, NC; step sons, Anthony and Michael Litaker, both of the home; daughter,Tamera Turner, Salisbury, NC; step daughters, Letitia, Shemika and Natasha Litaker all of Salisbury, NC; brothers, Joseph A. Turner, Jr. (Bet), Lexington, NC, Aaron Dewitt Turner, Concord, NC and Darren Shawn Turner, Charleston, SC; sister, Melissa Bard (Steven), Salisbury, NC; eight step grandchildren; aunts, Ernestine Dunlap, Salisbury, NC, Rebecca B. Stinson, Charlotte, NC, Jessie Heath and Sonia Walker both of Rock Hill, SC, and Essie McBride, Rock Hill, SC; uncles, Robert L. Bradley (Mae), Lexington, NC, Jesse Stinson (Bridgette), Granite Quarry, NC, Odell Stinson (Daisy), Concord,NC, Dewitt Turner (Barbara "Pal")and Olin Turner,both of East Spencer, NC and James Turner, Salisbury, NC; mother-in-law, Yvonne Edwards, Salisbury, NC and father-in-law, Aaron Litaker, Salisbury, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, June 20, 2009 and visitation at 1:00 pm at Jerusalem Baptist Church with Bishop Derrick Kelly, Pastor of New Faith Full Gospel Church, Lexington, NC, officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Salisbury, NC.
