Naomi Alice Heilig Gray Obituary

Mrs. Naomi Alice Heilig Gray, age 68, of 635 Statesville Blvd., Salisbury entered into eternal life on Thursday, October 1, 2009 at the Brian Health & Rehabilation Center.

She was born July 23, 1941 in New York City to the late Mary Lou Heilig and Calvester Turner.

Mrs. Gray attended Dunbar High School. She was last employed at Magnolia Gardens. She previously attended Southern City Tabernacle AME Zion Church.

In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by a brother, Calvin Turner.

Those who shall forever cherish her memory are a daughter, Norma Lisa Geter (Joseph), Salisbury, NC; brother, Rev. Louis Turner (Louise), East Spencer, NC; step one grandchild; one step great grandchild; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside service will be 4:00 pm Monday, October 5, 2009, at Jerusalem Baptist Church with Reverend John K. Geter, Officiating. Public viewing will be at the funeral on Sunday from 1:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

The family will be at the home of the daughter, Norma Lisa Geter of 380 Woodwedge Circle, Heiligtown Community, Salisbury.
