Patricia Ann (Washington) McKenzie Obituary

Mrs. Patricia Ann Washington McKenzie, passed on February 29, at the Kiser Hospice House, Salisbury.  She was born January 12, 1948 in Stanly County, daughter of Ernest and Ina Washington, who preceded her in death.


She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church in Granite Quarry, NC.  She was a member of the Deaconess Board, Scholarship Committee, Missionary Circle and Choir. She was employed at Brian Center for 29 years as a Baker.


She leaves to cherish her memory, husband,of 36 years, Lee T. McKenzie of the home; sons, Jonathan Washington, Charlotte, Irvin C. Finney, Winston-Salem, and Robert McKenzie, Lexington; daughters, Nicole R. Washington, Badin, and Constance Roseboro, Lexington; brother, Ernest Washington, Jr. (Patricia), Badin; nine grandchildren and one great-grand child, 1 niece 1 aunt, 1, uncle, a host of in-laws, cousins and friends.


Funeral service will be Friday, March 4, 2016 at 1:00 pm with visitation at 12:00 pm at Antioch Baptist Church.
