Mr. Robert Louise Bailey, 62, of 209 West 11th Street, Salisbury died Saturday, April 26, 2008. Mr. Robert Louis Bailey, 62, affectionately called "Pop" was the son of the late Eugene Brown and Mollie Cain Brown. He was born September 23, 1945 in Salisbury, NC. On Saturday, April 26, 2008, Mr. Bailey entered into eternal life.

Mr. Bailey attended Dunbar High School and graduated from Philadelphia High School and graduated from Philadelphia, PA. He was employed at Freightliner, Cleveland, NC.

He is also preceded in death by a brother, John Bailey and a sister, Barbara Jimerson.

Those who shall forever cherish his memory is his wife, Shelia Smith Bailey of the home; sons, Donnie Hailey, Farrell, PA and Terry Hughley (Jennifer), Salisbury, NC; sister Ruth Gilmore (Leon), Charlotte, NC; brother-in-law, Cleveland Jimerson, Salisbury, NC; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren; god daughter, Dionne Jones, Farrell, PA and a host of other sons and daughters, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, Aaron Clay Smith (Harriett), Copley, OH, sister-in-law, Claudia Lowery, Salisbury, NC; other relatives and friends.
