Robert Lee Black

On the evening of Sunday, August 17, 2025, Robert Lee Black exchanged his earthly life for life eternal at Meadbrook Health & Rehabilitation surrounded by his loving family.  Robert was born on, March 22, 1968 in Mecklenburg County to his parent's, Arthur William Black and the late Johnnie Mae McKee Black.  He was educated in the public schools of Mecklenburg County and enjoyed  fruitful employment in construction.  He was a kind and gentle person who dearly loved his family.

Those who shall forever keep his memory in their hearts are his children, Destiny Jonai Black (Joey), Davidson, NC; Christina Naomi Black, Davidson, NC; and Robert Kirstin Black, Charlotte.  Brothers; Arthur Black, Eugene Black and Jay Black.  Sister; Linda Black and Marie Whitfied, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
