Obituary
Mr. Stanley Bernard Anderson, age 67 of Wadesboro, NC, passed Monday, February 20, 2023 at Atrium Health, Monroe. He was born in Queens, NY to the late Dorsey and Lucille Williams Anderson. He attended the public schools in New York. He was last employed as a sanitation tech with the department of sanitation in the City of New York. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by is wife, Marcia Anderson, a daughter, Imani Anderson, and brothers, Dorsey Anderson and Louis Roberson.
He leaves precious memories to his children, Nia Anderson and Khaliq Anderson; brothers, Calvin Anderson, Anthony Anderson (Angela), Edward Anderson (Janice); sisters, Dolores A. Shannon (Hercules), Dr. Phyllis Miller (Aubrey) and Helena Rush (Charles); six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Arrangements: Sunday, February 26, 2023 at Hairston Funeral Home, Inc., 703 S. Main St., Salisbury, NC. Visitation: 1:00-2:00. Funeral promptly at 2:00 p.m.
