The Sekajipo, Taplah and Trueh families announce with profound grief and sadness the passing of Sylvester Jlaoh Sekajipo on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 11:31, p.m., in Mooresville, North Carolina.
He is survived by his mother, Theresa Welleh Senyon, Eric Kajepo Sekajipo (son), Dekontee Sekajipo (granddaughter), 14 sisters including Elizabeth Sekajipo (London, England), Catherine Sekajipo-Mason (Salisbury, NC), Leticia Sekajipo Sow (Liberia), 10 brothers; Lawrence D. Sekajipo (Liberia), Ligori M. Sekajipo (Delaware, USA), Jeremiah J. Sekajipo (New Jersey, USA), Patrick Ovando Kpan (Mint HIll, NC), Sekajipo A. Sekajipo (Liberia), 158 nieces and nehews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

May 8, 2021 (9 am-12 pm)-Rowan International Church, 1709 N. Lee St., Salisbury, NC 28144. Viewing time: 9 am-10 am. Service starts at 10 am to 12 pm. Internment: Rowan Memorial Park Cemetery, 4125 Franklin Comm Center Rd., Salisbury, NC 28144.
