Mrs. Yvonne Cuffey Belton, age 72 of Salisbury, passed, Friday, October 19, 2018 at the Kiser Hospice House.  Mrs. Belton was born on April 27, 1946 in Bronx, New York to the late Thomas Cuffey and Cleo Marion Buggs Geiger .  She was a graduate of Jane Adams High School, New York and furthered her education in the area of cosmetology.  She was a self-employed licensed beautician.  She was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church, where she served on the pastor's aide ministry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jerome Belton, who passed, March 2018.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her son, Ceasar Jackson of Ridgeway, S.C., brother; Curtis Geiger (Lois), Bronx, New York; sister's; Delores Gainey, Ridgeway, S.C., and Dorothy Wise, East Spencer, NC.

Service:  Friday, October 26, 2018 at Shady Grove Baptist Church.  Visitation:  2:30 p.m.-Funeral: 3:00 p.m.  Rev. Dr. J. P. Sanders Parks, officiating.  Rev. Alonza Williams, eulogist.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive visitors at the home of her sister, Mrs. Dorothy Wise, 919 Cedar St., East Spencer, NC
