Mr. Isaac Richard Geter, age 70 of Wood Wedge, passed on, Monday February 8, 2016 at Hill Top Nursing Home in Linwood, NC. Mr. Geter was born on September 18, 1945 in Gaffney, SC to the late Lee Geter and Louise Booker Geter. He was a graduate of R. A. Clement High School, Cleveland, NC. He previously worked at Wagner Construction Company as a carpenter.

Survivors include brothers: Robert Geter (Michelle), Joseph Geter (Norma), and Bennie Geter (Pastor Teresa), all of Salisbury; and Rev. John Geter (Emma) of Lexington, NC; sisters: Pastor Louise Everhart, Evangelist Josephine Geter, Evangelist Mary Geter and Evangelist Charity Gladden (Jerome) all of Salisbury; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Graveside service will be held on, Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery, Rev. John Geter, eulogist.
