I'm so sorry to hear of Bro Stout passing, I'm a ex-Salisbury police officer who moved on to law enforcement work in Greensboro. He was a person that shared many skills to me and information. I just heard of his passing on Saturday evening. God bless the family.

I first met Albert in 1972, when we were in the 4th SBI Academy. We quickly became friends and our friendship grew over the years. I have a great respect for Albert. He suffered, but never complained. Albert was a Man's Man and I will never forget our many conversations. Albert could always be counted on, no matter the situation. Albert will always be one of my best and fondest memories of our time with the SBI. Love you, Brother.
