Ever Lee and family: Our hearts and prayers are with you as you face this bittersweet departure. Let her go. Let her rest and bask in the knowledge that she lived a good life. Jesus was her friend. He'll take care of her until you meet again.

We love you.

Dear Family,
This is life experience we can never get used to. Losing someone you love is the most excruciating pain we can go through. We walk through life with open palms, helping those in need and offering our help where needed. You are all amazing people and we know God's light will shine on you soon so you can enjoy the sunlight once again. Aunt Ari will be forever missed.
My deepest sympathy,

An AZALEA PLANT was ordered on November 10, 2015

Message from Victor Hailey
November 9, 2015 4:36 PM

Arizona… I never realized why she was called Arizona. Today, however, after having the privilege of years in her presence, and being a fruit of her bearing, seeing and hearing about all of those who she influenced, I understand.

The word, Arizona, derives from the Basque word, arizonak, meaning “good oak”. Not just any oak, but a “good oak”. The oak is a common symbol of strength and endurance and has been chosen as the national tree of many countries. Oak wood has a superior density creating great strength and hardness. For this reason oak has been commonly used for centuries in producing the most durable furniture and flooring, as timber in the construction ships and buildings, and for imparting the most desirable color, taste, and aroma into fine wines. Because of its high tannin content, the wood is also very resistant to insect and fungal attack. Its bark is a staple ingredient for many medicinal products. And, as we all can attest to, it produces delectable flavors when used to barbecue meats.

I believe we can all bear witness to Grandma Arizona’s strength and endurance. I believe we can all affirm her ability to fight and resist adversity and attack. I believe we can all testify to the impact she has had on each and every one of us as a faithful and righteous servant, imparting the flavors of her spirit to all whom she touched.

In Isaiah 61, the prophet refers to the Israelites as "Oaks of Righteousness".

Arizona was an Oak of Righteousness.

“Make a tree good and its fruit will be good, or make a tree bad and its fruit will be bad, for a tree is recognized by its fruit. Matthew 12:33

With the utmost Love, honor, and respect, I can comfortably say that I am a fruit of Arizona’s crop and will join her at the right hand of the Lord, because she was a “good oak”.

Message from Mel White

Life beyond what we can see is eons of possibilities. We can only take the spiritual strain of an earthly existence for so long, then we must refresh. Envy of those entering their period of refreshment is not unreasonable.
